Working closely with Rhys Long, ATOM’s IT Manager, and adopting a ‘cloud first’ mentality, our team took the lead on designing, implementing and then supporting ATOM’s new corporate-wide area network and fleet solution.
- Solution design, development and implementation.
- Policies, processes, architecture, hardware and software.
- Standardised fleet and consolidated vendors, for ease of support.
- Ongoing help desk support (business hours and out-of-hours).
